As principal I am responsible for all our free, no obligation market appraisals during which we won't just give you a price to advertise we will explain how we arrive at it. Unless instructed otherwise, all our viewings are accompanied. And I personally negotiate each sale. This means my clients receive the best prices we can acheive in a timeframe to suit them.

Furthermore, because we believe that to service each account properly takes hours of activity, I limit the number of properties we market to under 20, taking on new by selling your property through Mapps your home will not be competing with dozens of others properties in your own agents window or newspaper advertisement.
